We need you

With FSH as your partner, you’ll be the heart and soul of your health initiatives and will have the opportunity to: 

  • Take ownership of the company’s health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure your team members get the healthcare they need.  
  • Personally inspire healthy behavior in your team.
  • Develop new policies to promote preventive health and wellbeing. 

 

What To Expect 

Partnering with FSH is a journey that will grow and evolve over time based on your needs. We’ll work with you to explore topics and opportunities to positively impact your team members' lives.

Your primary goals will be to: 

  • Share and distribute FSH communications, designed to increase participation and awareness along the way (emails, break room flyers, etc.) 
  • Take advantage of your FSH benefits so you have firsthand knowledge of the value of our services. 

EXECUTIVE ROLE

The road to an engaged workforce is accomplished as a team — led by you and supported by us. Studies have shown that strong leadership support yields a 25% increase in participation and more than a 30% increase in team member behavior change. 

Role and Responsibilities

The first step in creating a great workplace culture is employee engagement. 

  • Share the vision of health and wellbeing with your team members, and why it’s important to your company. 
  • Support a cultural shift, which might mean adjusting some policies and procedures to complement a healthier work environment. 
  • Participate in annual strategy and health summary meetings. 
  • Be a role model by taking advantage of your FSH benefits so you have firsthand knowledge of the value of our services. 
  • Celebrate and recognize successful initiatives and share success stories to inspire others. 
  • Empower your Human Resources team to share eligibility information and choose great FSH champions. 

HR ROLE

You make it happen.

As the HR lead, you understand the challenges that your team is facing. Supported by us, you're the gatekeeper to the success of your health and wellbeing initiatives.

We make it simple.

We want to help enhance your organization's culture without putting more demands on you or your team. We're here to support you with the resources you need, as well as with encouragement along the way.

Year-Round Support

  • Engage in FSH resources and consider making your own healthy changes that can inspire your team. 
  • Encourage peers to celebrate the success of health wellbeing achievements. 
  • Assist in coordinating health and wellbeing initiatives throughout the year. 

  • Make sure that FSH is included in your benefits talk track during open enrollment and throughout the year.

 Implementation 

  • Participate in annual strategy meetings. 
  • Provide company org chart and roles to your Client Success Manager to help identify effective communication channels. 
  • Consider establishing a FSH Champion at each location to help encourage usage of the benefit.
  • Provide eligibility files. 
  • Ensure FSH is allowlisted. 

CHAMPION ROLE

We’ll help support the Champions every step of the way with training, tools, and tips as they lead team members to happier, healthier lives.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Spread awareness by sharing messages and distributing FSH materials to team members. 
  • Take advantage of your FSH benefits so you have firsthand knowledge of the value of our services.
