First Stop Health to present at 2012 Health 2.0 Sixth Annual Fall Conference

Co-founder and CEO Patrick Spain to speak and demonstrate new service

Oct. 5, 2012 — CHICAGO — First Stop Health (www.fshealth.com) — an online 24/7 medical concierge service for the middle class — is one of eight health technology startups selected to participate in the Launch! session of the Health 2.0 Sixth Annual Fall Conference, October 7-10, 2012 in San Francisco.

Spain will deliver a live demonstration of First Stop Health at the event using his own experience with the service and his own medical records. Attendees will evaluate all eightLaunch! participants and then vote in real time on a winner, who will be invited to be a main-stage presenter at next year’s Heath 2.0 conference in San Francisco.

Since its inception in 2008, Launch! has introduced more than 45 new companies and products, including Unity Medical, Remedy Ventures, TheCarrot and the Wall Street Journal’s 2010 top start-up company, Castlight Health.

First Stop Health launched in late September, 2012. It offers a 14-day trial of its Premium Membership for $1.
