About

Lauree' became a dietitian and diabetes educator to help people discover lifelong, sustainable strategies to support their health and wellbeing. She loves being able to meet participants where they are and help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Lauree' finds that there is no better feeling than to see a smile on a participant's face that has reached a goal they once thought was impossible!

She loves working with people who have diabetes or have just been diagnosed. She knows that it can feel defeating, however, after working with them and providing education and solutions, often her participants realize they are not their disease!

Lauree' also has a very special place in her heart for women's health, especially women diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis. She knows that living with any disease can be challenging, but being able to walk alongside these women and provide them with support and knowledge is an amazing experience!

Outside of work, Lauree' loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. She is obsessed with the color pink and the beach is her favorite place to be!

Lauree' has a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics. She is also a registered dietitian nutritionist and a certified diabetes care and education specialist.
