Heather became a certified health coach because of a natural draw to helping people make the most of their lives. She believes that how we feel is connected to everything we experience in life and enjoys being part of what helps people feel better so they can do their best. Managing healthy habits is pretty simple, but not always easy, so helping people structure their lives in a way that helps them thrive is a special kind of joy! Heather especially enjoys supporting people with identifying their priorities, creating a life that reflects their values and cultivating a life that they never need a vacation from.
Heather's two loves outside of coaching are ultrarunning and studying history. She lives in Florida with her husband, two sons, one cat and one gopher tortoise.

Heather has a bachelor's degree in social sciences and is a national board-certified health and wellbeing coach. She is also a Wellcoaches certified health and wellness coach, certified running coach (RRCA), certified tobacco treatment specialist and WELCOA 7 Benchmarks certified.
