About

Ann has always had an interest in all areas of health: nutrition, exercise, mental and spiritual health. Both of her daughters were challenged with health issues as teenagers, so she spent a lot of time researching the best ways to navigate. As their health improved and she had more time, Ann became a certified yoga instructor then an integrative health coach. She is certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches.

Ann LOVES being a health coach. She believes we are each unique, naturally creative, resourceful and whole but sometimes we get off track and forget the keys that unlock our best health. The opportunity to walk alongside people as she partners with them to discover what is missing or what they have lost sight of so they can regain confidence in their ability to take their health into their own hands, small step by small step, is exhilarating for her.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time outside being active and being still. Every day, it is important for Ann to spend time with those she loves, meditate, do yoga, walk or ride the Peloton or some other activity. Additionally, she enjoys travel and exploring other cultures.

Background

Ann earned her master's of education in counseling. She is also a national board-certified health & wellness coach and registered yoga teacher (RYT- 200).
