Any broker/consultant who sells a new FSH deal with 50+ employees with an effective date in 2021 or 2022 is eligible to participate. After the deal goes live, you’ll receive an email with your invitation to participate. You’ll automatically move to the Rewards-Plus level when you sell 1,000+ FSH members and 2+ deals in the same calendar year. Participation is completely voluntary.
You will receive a monthly email from FSH with instructions to access the webstore, create your login and begin shopping.
After signing into the webstore, you simply add the item(s) you want to your cart and proceed through the secure checkout process. You will need to enter the 16-digit gift certificate code to apply your reward credit(s) to your order. This code will be emailed to you after signing into the webstore for the first time.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a physical Gift Card via USPS mail. These are typically received within 1-2 weeks from the order date.
Simply tell other brokers/consultants about FSH. When they request a proposal via the FSH website, they must enter your name, company and email as the referral source for you to get credit for the referral. If they sell the deal, you will receive credit when the client goes live with FSH.
Yes, you can add your personal credit card information to purchase items from the FSH webstore.

Gift cards will be shipped and received within 1-2 weeks from order placement date. All other items will be shipped and received within 2-4 weeks from order placement date.
Unfortunately, no. Rewards apply to new FSH clients only.
If the item description on the webstore includes 'FSH Branded' then it includes the logo. All gift cards automatically include the FSH logo.
